Our story is rooted in a simple but powerful calling: to serve others with compassion and faith. As written in Matthew 25:40,
“Inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.”
This verse continues to guide every step of our journey.
Our mission began when we were transferred from a hospital setting to a school environment located miles away from the city. Recognizing the struggles of students who could not afford housing, we opened our home to them, providing free board and lodging until they completed their education. What started as a small act of kindness became a life-changing support system for many young individuals pursuing their dreams.
As leaders in a newly established School of Nursing, we also managed the school clinic, which served not only students and employees but also the surrounding community. The clinic offered a wide range of services, including minor surgical procedures, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and general medical care. Each month, we organized free medical clinics, including dental services provided by volunteer dentists. These efforts continued faithfully for five years.
Our journey then took a significant step of faith when we answered the call to missionary work, inspired by Isaiah 6:8:
“Here am I, Lord. Send me.”
For six years, our family served in Malawi, Africa, working at Malamulo Adventist Hospital and its School of Medical Sciences. Beyond our hospital and academic responsibilities, we dedicated ourselves to community outreach. Every month, we visited underserved communities to share meals, distribute clothing to children, and bring hope to those in need. In one village, we helped establish access to clean drinking water, significantly reducing the spread of intestinal diseases. In another, we assisted in building a church, creating a place for faith and fellowship.
When our missionary term concluded, we chose to leave behind most of our personal belongings as donations to the communities we had grown to love. We later migrated to the United States, where we continued our nursing careers after successfully passing the NCLEX and meeting professional requirements.
Even in a new country, our commitment to service never wavered. We continued supporting students in need, helping them pursue and complete their education.
In 2016, this lifelong mission of service was formally established as His Footsteps Foundation LLC, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Texas (EIN: 45-3232445). Through the generosity of friends, partners, and sponsors, we continue to extend our reach, serving communities, empowering individuals, and walking faithfully in the footsteps of service.

The medical care provided through His Footsteps Foundation LLC is both basic and life-saving. Our services include medical and pediatric care, minor and major surgeries, dental care, optometry, pharmacy support, child feeding programs, and community health initiatives through education, vaccines, and essential medicines.

Our services include medical and pediatric care, minor and major surgeries, dental care, optometry, pharmacy support, child feeding programs, and community health initiatives through education, vaccines, and essential medicines.
Through every mission, we are committed to bringing healing, hope, and improved quality of life to patients and families in need.

We support the training of local medical staff and help ensure that Medical Mission clinics are well-equipped with essential supplies and medicines.
Through these efforts, we strengthen healthcare delivery in underserved communities and help build sustainable systems of care that continue to serve long after each mission.

We empower local communities by sharing health knowledge that enables individuals to care for themselves, their families, and their neighbors.
Through education and awareness, we help build healthier, more informed communities that are better equipped to prevent illness and promote long-term well-being.
The world is facing a growing crisis in healthcare. Illnesses, pandemics, and natural and man-made disasters continue to rise, threatening communities, especially in regions with limited healthcare systems and support infrastructure.
With over 10 years of experience in health and wellness response, the His Footsteps Medical Team is uniquely positioned to meet these challenges. We respond with compassion and purpose, delivering life-saving medical care where it is needed most, and serving with a commitment rooted in love, dignity, and faith.
Our strategy focuses on reaching underserved and unprivileged communities around the world, concentrating on the work we do best, providing essential medical and humanitarian care. In every mission, we partner with organizations, local leaders, and community members to ensure that healthcare needs are met effectively and sustainably.
We believe that restoring health is the first step toward restoring hope.

In our world, many people are suffering and losing their lives. Some are pushed to the margins and forgotten. Men, women, and children are left vulnerable, without homes, facing illness, and struggling through disasters and crises.
God calls us to love the helpless and the weak, and to love like Jesus. Through this calling, He uses us to provide protection, care, and hope to people in crisis.

Many people in crisis are dying from preventable causes. Through God’s healing power, our staff and volunteers are committed to changing this reality by bringing timely and compassionate medical care to those who need it most.
We are dedicated to making a difference, saving lives, restoring health, and helping communities become stronger and healthier for the future.
